E-PIN VALIDITY CHECK

This training is designed to show you how to check the validity of your E-PIN

You can use same PIN to check same result as many times as you want but you can't use that PIN to check any other result.

Any PIN you plug into any result is permanently tied to that particular result. You can't use it for another result.

And if you make the mistake of using 10 different PINs on one result, you have caged those 10 PINs to that result for life. Those 10 PINs cannot be used for any other result.

So, multiple PINs can be used for one result but one PIN cannot be used for different results.

But in rare cases where an unused PIN throws validity error, it will be replaced.

This should answer our questions on this PIN usage.

Steps 1

On your school dashboard kindly click on the CARD USAGE CHECKER module as shown in the picture below

Enter the PIN and serial number of the E-PIN you wish to check validity and click CHECK CARD as shown in the image below

The card checker will pull up the details of the PIN.
If the PIN is used, the details of the used PIN will display as follow
Date the E-PIN was generated
Date E-PIN was used and
The details of the user as shown below

Then click on update after the selection to effect changes as shown below
